Meeting at Food Basket carpark south O’meara road. Leaving promptly at 8am.
Drive time: 45mins.
Located deep within the remote forest of Guanapo lies this adventure. Our drive takes us along the dusty, gravel roadway into the Guanapo quarry.
The hike begins along a dirt road until we reach the Guanapo River. It continues up as we cross many smaller pools then up the Tombasson tributary.
This river takes us up a series of small gorges, pools and waterfalls until we meet the main feature of the adventure.
Event may be canceled due to inclement weather conditions or insufficient participation.
Life jackets will be provided.
Waterproofing of valuables are highly recommended.
