The Univeristy of Trinidad and Tobago presents its Sports and Exercise Medicine and Sports Science Seminar (SEMSS-S).
This seminar will focus on strength and conditioning and sports nutrition for athletic development and improving athletic performance.
Event Objectives:
(1) Educate athletes, coaches, sports administrators and support personnel on the advances in sports science and medicine.
(2) Provide continuing development/education opportunities for sports & exercise medicine clinicians, sports scientists, kinesiologists and other members of the sports fraternity to receive current evidence-based information and guidelines from sector leaders (nationally, regionally and internationally).
(3) Overall advancement of Sports, Sports & Exercise Medicine and Sports Science in Trinidad and Tobago.
