All of our events focus on Health, because health is essential to HEAL! While we often prioritize our physical health, we sometimes overlook our emotional and mental well-being. This event is dedicated to nurturing our mental muscle through soul-searching, interaction, storytelling, and—most importantly—having fun!
After adventuring with our bodies last year, we now venture deep within our minds and wellness.
Communication can create pathways for healing in our communities. The expression of our words—whether through writing, poetry, spoken word, narration, blogging, journaling, or confronting our fear of public speaking—is a powerful tool for confidence-building and enhancing mental and emotional health.
Join us for THE ART OF SELF-CARE: Crunch Your Creativity: Storytelling to Boost Mental Health. This retreat will engage participants with tools for mindfulness and self-compassion through expressive writing and creative exercises. Together, we’ll explore how storytelling can help reduce daily stress, regulate emotions, and challenge limiting thoughts.
This is a welcoming and interactive space for women of all backgrounds—whether you’re a mother, wife, entrepreneur, crafter, or artist—to take a break, connect, laugh, drink, heal, and rejuvenate. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of purpose and creativity.
