These workshops are open to everyone, no matter your level of skill.
They are ideal for anyone wanting to learn or improve their baking skills, first-time bakers, dessert or event caterers, experienced chefs or even cooking enthusiasts who are looking to perfect their technical skills.
It is also ideal for anyone looking to start their own baking business or even those who already own an existing business & looking to retrain or increase their field of skills.
You’ll get hands-on experience with recipes and techniques to make delicious pastries every time. Our experience & certified instructor, Chef Paul trained at Ecole Lenôtre in Paris, France.
He provides clear and helpful instructions, so you’ll be able to create amazing treats in no time. Plus, our classes are fun and informative, so you’ll have a great time while perfecting your craft.
After completing any of these workshops, you’ll be able to make delicious pastries with confidence! 👩🏾🍳
We are currently offering four specialized workshops:
1. Pastries for Beginner & Advanced Bakers
2. Tartelette Box
3. Modern Diabetic Baking
4. Artisan Breads, Donuts & Bagels
No cooking or baking knowledge is required, all equipment & ingredients are provided, all workshops are Hindu & Muslim friendly, participants are awarded a Certificate of Participation, plus hot & cold refreshments & snack plates are provided. Best of all, you get to bring home your delicious creations and share them with your family and friends! Each workshop has limited spaces as we aim to provide personal attention at each session, so please register early.
