A Safe Space for Moms-to-Be
Join us for a 6-week prenatal yoga series, where you can practice soft, gentle movement coupled with breathing and relaxation techniques as you journey through pregnancy.
🗓 Dates: Beginning Saturday, June 15th, 8-9am
(Continuing every Saturday until July 20th)
📍 Location: Zion Fitness House, Highway Plaza, Freeport
