CBF brings together the best in beverages and epicurean specialties from the top local cooks in the Caribbean Islands and neighbouring mainland destinations.
The Waterfront Esplanade at the Hyatt Regency would be transformed into a food and beverage strip with destination display booths, food stations, drinks and cocktail stations, a Caribbean Beach Fashion catwalk, and a main stage to highlight the region’s cultural offerings.
