Heritage at Lunch Time

Many of the ruins of sugar works so far recorded in Tobago do not have hardware in situ.
Mills, waterwheels, stills and apparatuses for the production of rum, mechanisms and parts were removed to be traded as scrap iron and for other use.

A recent visit to Grenada gave us the opportunity to document how they looked like and their functions.
